How Othersburn Plumbing Works and Gets Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You should know exactly how Othersburn Plumbing works and how we earn money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Othersburn Plumbing Is

Othersburn Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not carry out emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing services.

When you phone the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Providers or marketing partners may pay Othersburn Plumbing for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Othersburn Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about that provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials, ask for a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
